Our Story

Rebound was founded by engineer Jon Strunge, who, through his work in the construction industry, experienced first-hand how difficult it was to find materials that were both sustainable, functional and practical to implement.

At the same time, the need for more responsible resource use became increasingly evident.

The turning point came with the discovery of mycelium nature's own network of fungal threads. Its unique properties opened the door to an entirely new way of developing building materials.

What began as an idea has grown into Rebound - a company driven by the ambition to make regenerative materials a natural part of the future of construction.
